Quality Objectives

  • Enhance the turnover by more than 25% (before March 2011)
  • On-time completion of the Projects has to increase to >80% (before March 2011)
  • Increase the Service Revenue by 20% (before March 2011)
  • Import training of 20 Hrs average per employee (before March 2011)
  • Achieve customer satisfaction level of more than 85% (before March 2011)
